After gathering revised staffing levels from Media One represented Global News stations, Unifor Media Director Howard Law has requested leave to submit revised staffing totals to supplement Unifor’s CRTC Phase 2 submission.
Unifor had initially submitted staffing totals in their presentation to the CRTC on February 13th, two days prior to the Corus layoffs being announced on February 15th, and felt it prudent to make this revised submission given the job losses.
Howard extends his sincere thanks to Unifor Media One for their hard work in collecting the revised data which made this supplemental request possible.
